Can I have a Counselling appointment using a digital/online platform?

Yes. We use Zoom* for our online appointments. Simply select an online booking when scheduling your appointment, and we will forward a meeting link to you. Zoom* is accessible on a range of devices and access to a stable data connection is required. 

How long is each Counselling appointment?

We schedule 1 hour for each appointment.
 

How much will each appointment cost? 

Costs vary according to the service provided.  Please visit our fees page for further information. Concession rates are available in some cases, please ask.

What if I miss a Counselling or Couples Counselling appointment?

You can reschedule via our online booking facility any time up to 12 hours before an appointment. Rescheduling, or cancelling less than 12 hours before an appointment may incur a fee of $30. Should you fail to attend a scheduled appointment, without contacting us, you will be charged the full fee for the appointment.  Please contact us direct for all other booking concerns.
